Lillies

I strolled through Patricia’s garden one afternoon looking for subject matter for a new engraving. The late afternoon light created cast shadows and highlights that enhanced the sculptural forms of the Lilly. The shadow cast by the stamen, the tall cylinder structure in the center of the flower, caught my attention.
